Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

Delivery Time

• Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
• Other Emirates (Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain): 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on all orders across the UAE. (Update this line if you charge a delivery fee.)

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can follow your delivery status.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer COD across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for our delivery partner, and ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts If our courier is unable to reach you after 2 delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be asked to place a new order or pay a re-delivery fee.

Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you may request a return instead per our Refund & Return Policy.
